As an engineer and a perfumer, I've always seen scent as more than just something beautiful - it's a tool. Fragrance, for me, is where elegance meets function, and where nature expresses itself in its most concentrated form. The perfume world has long been tied to luxury and fashion, often choosing style over substance. We believe it can do more.
We use functionality of scent to create moments when all your senses line up - the music matches your energy, the view feels just right, and the scent you’re wearing amplifies it all. These moments that boost your mood are called LOUCIL moments.
My own signature LOUCIL moment? After a long day of hiking in the Swiss Alps, applying LOUCIL Relax, sinking into a couch with an oversized mug of tea, listening to The Ludlows by James Horner, while thunder rolls outside.
CHRISTOPHE - PERFUMER
As a chemist and master perfumer at Osmo, I treat scent like architecture - precise molecular and natural material arrangements to move the mind. Fragrance isn't just adornment to me; it's information, emotion, design and care. As master perfumer, I pair rigor, curiosity, elegance or surprise - letting science and imagination trade places.
The fragrances of LOUCIL were a fascinating challenge to create due to their high concentration of natural extracts combined with a sense of opening up to the near future. We worked to bring depth and refinement, ensuring just enough complexity, elegance and balance on skin.
My signature LOUCIL moment? Rolling on LOUCIL Energy at the gym, kungfu, on the plane or…. before a series of meetings. Each time one needs a shot of good vibes. Cheers
